Forex arbitrage between brokers

Forex arbitrage is a forex trading strategy, which lets traders exploit the price differences between two brokers in order to make profit. Let us give you an example:
Broker A is quoting EURUSD at 1.3000/1.3002, and at the same time Broker B gives you the following quotes for the same currency pair: 1.3004/1.3006. If you buy at Broker A, and simultaneously sell at Broker B, you will profit 2 pips just from the difference in the quotes.
These differences, or inefficiencies, happen most often because of the decentralized market and internet delays caused by poor communication and equipment.
The thing you should keep in mind when practicing arbitrage is that you should be able to react very, very quickly – a small lag in your internet connection, for example, may prevent you from opening a long and a short position with two separate brokers before the quotes align. In other words, in order to practice forex arbitrage, you need two things: quotes inefficiencies (e. g. differences in prices between brokers), and the ability to act super-fast on the opportunity. The window of opportunity is often so small, that it is impossible to place manual trades, therefore many traders revert to special scripts and/or Expert Advisors (EAs) for arbitrage.
Here we are offering you one such Metatrader 4 (MT4) EA in two parts: SA_Server. mq4 (a server advisor) and SA_EA. mq4 (the actual trading bot). The first file should be applied to a broker with fast quotes, and the second one – to a broker with lagging quotes and good execution. The EA monitors the quotes of both brokers and opens a position when it spots an opportunity, e. g. a beneficial difference in the quotes of the two brokers.

How do I use an arbitrage strategy in forex trading?
Forex arbitrage is a risk-free trading strategy that allows retail forex traders to make a profit with no open currency exposure. The strategy involves acting fast on opportunities presented by pricing inefficiencies, while they exist. This type of arbitrage trading involves the buying and selling of different currency pairs to exploit any inefficiency of pricing. If we take a look at the following example, we can better understand how this strategy works.
Example - Arbitrage Currency Trading.
The current exchange rates of the EUR/USD, EUR/GBP, GBP/USD pairs are 1.1837, 0.7231, and 1.6388 respectively. In this case, a forex trader could buy one mini-lot of EUR for $11,837 USD. The trader could then sell the 10,000 Euros, for 7,231 British pounds. The 7,231 GBP, could then be sold for $11,850 USD, for a profit of $13 per trade, with no open exposure as long positions cancel short positions in each currency. The same trade using normal lots (rather than mini-lots) of 100K, would yield a profit of $130. This can be continued until the pricing error is traded away.
Doing the calculations to find pricing inefficiencies yourself, can be time consuming to actually be able to act upon any opportunities found. For this reason, many tools have appeared across the Internet. What is Forex Arbitrage?
Forex Arbitrage EA allows traders to earn constant profits by acting a fast to a slow Broker. You need absolutely no experience in the Market because you simply trade the price difference between two Brokers with the also named HFT EA. Those price differences come into existence due to the Metatrader 4 Liquidity Provider or Broker Network problems. Now, if the price difference between the two Metatrader 4 Brokers is large enough to compensate the spread, an order is executed by the Expert Advisor on a Slow Broker and simultaneously an order in the opposite direction on a Fast Broker. In this case, the Expert Advisor trades the Price Differences between the different Brokers and execute, without an order in the opposite direction. This is because, Metatrader 4 Brokers never spend the same price rates at the same time. This offers the possibility to obtain a price difference of 1-2 pips, which persist for 1-5 seconds. The Currency Arbitrage, HFT EA puts this into a trade, because he knows the prices of the future and this is what makes the Strategy riskless and consistent. The Currency Arbitrage Trading Strategy requires brokers with small spreads and a good internet connection.

Example of Forex Arbitrage is to trade the Price Difference of a fast Broker against a Slow Broker. Now, if the Latency Arbitrage, Expert Advisor or also named HFT EA recognizes a Difference in Price, it opens a Order on the slow Broker which is opened for a short time. Pick therefore a Price Feed Provider that have a small Ping to have the fastest Price Quotes and a Broker with a slow Ping to trade the Latency Arbitrage with him.

To trade the Latency Arbitrage you need only a Live account with a Slow Broker (Slow Ping) where you want to trade and a Demo Account with a Fast Broker (Fast Ping).
