I deposit 250eur to them to start trading with binary robot 365. After 16 hours they have not verified my account. I send mail to them without any answer.
I am it sacrifices become my account of option500 was I open €25000 highly then wanted to withdraw. My consultant prevented the withdrawal payment and this further forced me to Trade. This organization amounts with a criminal scum simply draws her money from the bag more humanly of on the part of the employees.
These consultants should go to prison because these are criminals and not bank clerks.
Option500 are nothing but a bunch of lying, thieving, scamming bastards. Not only do they steal the money you place with them to trade with, but they also use the details of your credit card to steal as much as they can get away with. If you have a Barclaycard then they will allow Option500 to take what they apply for, even if it goes over your credit limit, Barclaycard will not advise you, they are probably in bed with Option500. Don’t use them.

I have over $20000 invested and the broker does not listen to my orders and has refused to return my money.
“Carl Ericsson” forcefully made losing trades on our account RIGHT AFTER we sent him 3 s saying that he needs to STOP trading on the account behind our backs. Unfortunately in the subsequent days I lost all the money in trading. On 24th september 2015 again Carl called me and said he will help me to retrieve all the lost money and for that I have to invest further 10000USD and I paid that amount as he said. Suddenly My account was locked for two days and not knowing what were went on, so I sent an about that to them on 2nd October to return all of my deposited money of 13,700USD.
On 3rd October 2015 Carl again called me and promised to make profit out of my invested money and from that profit I could take out of the invested money. For that he asked me to authorize Option500 to make trading on behalf of me, with his promise, I had gave them the authorization to trade. When I saw the way of trading done by them, I was not comfortable, so I sent an to them on 3rd October 2015 to return all of my Deposited money 13,700 USD, there was no response to it.
I reminded them again about that request of returning the money on 6th October 2015, but without responding to my and without informing me they did trading and lost 90% of my money. I did called them on October 7th 2015 to stop further trading and to return my money. They didn't listen to me at any time and purposefully vanished my money and replied me that I have lost my principal amount. In addition carl tried to rip off my money from credit card without my knowledge and fortunately at last moment I did stopped his fraudulent act .
I have the following complaints on them:
1. Option500 broker obviously made an illegal trading on my account without my knowledge,
2. Option500 refused to return my money when I requested.
3. Option 500 ripped off money from my credit card with out my consent.
4. Option 500 given empty promises to rip off more and more money.
5. The online software is designed and manipulated such way that the traders will only lose the money all-time. The value shown on the system is not matching at any period with real time market value.
CYSEC is unable to take any action as Option500 is not a regulated broker.
As option500 had the receipt with my signature that generated from my ID., the case raised by me through credit card bank for charge back against Option500 was lost.
This is a big crime made by Option500 and eventually it leads to me to lost huge money and affects mentally my life too.
In recent days , When I communicated with Option 500 for returning atleast my USD 5000 that they had charged from credit card , they said after the credit card charge back case closed, they will refund it to me. but now even after the case closed with credit card bank, they are not returning my money and the Balance in my Trading account still shows USD5000.

Well where do I start. Iwas looking for a broker based in the UK and Option500 came up. As a newbie I didn't know where to look for info, and as they are supposed to be regulated I thought that I was in safe hands.
I deposited $500 with them on 12 July, by 18 July I realised this was not for me as I was looseing money, so I asked for a withdrawal of the left in the account. After two weeks of no contact or money on 3 Aug I get a phone call from an account manager to say he will help me make money and hopefully make up my losses. This did not work so on 6 Aug I again tried to withdraw my account balance. Their chat line hardly ever works and when it does they tell you to send an to alan. soption500 requesting info on your withdrawal, but you get no reply. so today 19 Aug I informed them that if no refund was forthcoming I would write this review. Still no answer. I am of the imression that this is a new company or an old one under a new name, so think twice about using this broker and do some research.
